Vampire

Creatures of the night, they stalk the streets of the city in search of prey that will slate their hunger. Vicious creatures, cold blooded and usually very intelligent they make for powerful foes.

Looks

Vampires look, by all accounts, human. Their skin is cold, but can be any color. Hair is normal, has stopped growing, but holds one position unless forced (with hair product like gel) into another style.

They blend in well with their prey and use this to their advantage. They can be extremely beautiful using looks alone to bewitch and ensnare mortals, but strangely even the Vampires with no beauty what so ever can charm the most beautiful woman.

In clothing they differ, some wear general clothing, others may wear more practical, while others still will try to stay as hip with the trends as possible. Nothing really matches.

The only way to truly know a vampire is by looking, watch them from afar, they blend in well by mortal standards, but there are tell tale signs for vampires. Their over confident manner is one, their powers has given them extreme confidence and it shows. A longer stake out on a potential Vampire will also show that they only come out at night.

There are other signs, but these will only come with time and experience.

There are whispers amongst the guardians that there are Vampires who have no choice but to live in the sewers, their faces so disfigured from the transformation that they have gone into hiding. Hoping to be left alone.

Powers

Vampires have the ability to control the world around them like a director in a movie. Gargoyles have reported seeing a vampire control humans like puppets on a string and their powers are mainly focused on manipulating the human mind.

There are Vampires who can make you dance against your will.

Others with simply one look will make you melt into their arms.

Some who can induce madness in your mind.

And others still who has the ability to leave you in the corner terrified beyond belief.

But not all of their powers are focused on mind ability. They also posses super strength, speed, control over animals and more.

Weakness

Sun: Vampires have an acute weakness to the sun, in a matter of seconds they turn into a puff of smoke.

Silver: This metal burns them badly and is the only alloy that can sustain any true damage to a vampire so best weapons to use will be silver bullets and knives plated in silver.

Wooden Stake: Not sure really what it does, but when you slam it into their dead hearts they go utterly limp... it seems to paralyze them.

Fire: The fastest way to kill an undead without silver or sun is fire. They burn quickly and it will take a long time for them recuperate... If they survive it that is.

Their own arrogance can also be described as a weakness, they are so focused on their ego's that a little flattery goes a long way. Keep in mind, they're not stupid and playing this card to much could bred suspicion.
